Prenatal Yoga Workshop 3.21.26

Brooke Ada | MAR 16

I have been diligently planning, promoting and all around getting ready for the Prenatal Yoga Workshop I'm hosting Saturday March 21st.

It's my first workshop so I am making sure I can share as much as possible in the 3 hours I have set aside for this time. The location at Yoga Culture in Enumclaw, WA is such a lovely and welcoming space. I have really enjoyed attending classes and being able to teach there for the owner. It's a single room with lots of love.

For this workshop I chose to start at 8:30am. It seems a bit early but I wanted to make sure students would get done by lunch so they could enjoy restaurants Enumclaw has to offer. Also, I wanted to make sure they could have the rest of the day to themselves. Saturdays can sometimes be a bit full. When I offer this workshop in the future I might try a 1pm start time.

What will the class consist of? Good question. Here is a basic breakdown.

When students register online they will get a PDF file of the workbook we will use in class. That is theirs to keep for future reference. When students arrive in person they will get a physical printed workbook so they are able to take notes.

This workshop is for yoga students, pregnant students and yoga teachers. If you are registered with Yoga Alliance this will count for 3 credit hours under the "the Subject Matter Expert pathway". We will spend our time learning anatomy of the pregnant body, going through poses and practicing poses in breakout groups.

It will be a time to learn a lot, meet new people and share your passion for yoga.

I am excited for this workshop and can't wait for March 21st.
