Vinyasa Slow

Weekly 60 minute session is designed to help build heat as students move with breath through strong asanas. Students looking for something after completing Beginner Yoga Level 1 or have some experience will enjoy this weekly flow. Expect sun salutations, standing poses, balance, hip openers, shoulder work and deep squat focuses.

Chakras Focus Flow

A weekly, 60 minute class. Slowing way, way down while still building strength. Following the chakras, the flow will start from crown and make way through poses that focus on each chakra all the way through to root. Expect standing, balance, binds, twists & gentle inversions.

Evening Restore

It’s been a long week, a long day at the desk, too commuting or just stress in general. Looking to decompress at the end of the week? This 60 minute session a great way to fit in meditation & relaxation with long holds and variations even if you do not feel you are “flexible” or “stretchy”.

Private Prenatal Yoga

Yoga for the changing pregnant body. Created to support pregnancy, labor, birth & parenthood. Safely adapted poses with modifications for each trimester. Focusing on side body openers, intentional breathing exercises, supported gentle back bends, pelvic tilts to ease spinal pains and the growing belly. Preparing for birth learning different ways to relax, coping mechanisms exploring different sensations, how to settle and sink without clenching and visualization of breath-work to help deconstruct negative relationship to fear & pain. Learning how breath helps to face discomfort. Prenatal yoga is recommended by many midwives & OBs as a safe exercise during pregnancy, making sure to check with your doctor first.

Beginner Yoga Level 1

This 6 week series of 60 minute sessions students will learn basic, initial yoga poses (asanas) Focus is on understanding that a little yoga goes way and each yoga will look different for each body. The goal is to build a life along with yoga. The 20 different basic poses will cover how each alignment is best for your body. Starting from external and moving to internal you will know that it takes time and practice and yoga is not about perfection. Pose types will cover, standing, shoulder work, posture, basic back extensions, twists, forward bends, balances, back strength, hip mobility, seated, supine & relaxation.

Beginner Yoga Level 2

If you have already completed Level 1 and are looking to go deeper, this 60 minute, 6 week series is geared to explore in depth the basic poses covered in Level 1. There will be added variations, to each pose in order to build strength, more confidence and continuing a life long journey of yoga practice. This series will also cover a little bit of yoga philosophy and pranayama.
