Beginner Yoga Sessions

Ease into a new yoga practice or pick it up again if you've been away from your mat for awhile.

Each session will cover alignment, modifications, best use of all the props and focus on two main asanas. Drop in any week to deepen your practice

Required yoga props for this series: mat, yoga bolster, yoga strap, 2 yoga blocks, blanket.

What's not required? Flexibility or perfect balance.
