Preparing for birth learning different ways to relax, coping mechanisms exploring different sensations, how to settle and sink without clenching and visualization of breath-work to help deconstruct negative relationship to fear & pain. Learning how breath helps to face discomfort. Prenatal yoga is recommended by many midwives & OBs as a safe exercise during pregnancy, making sure to check with your doctor first.
