Like the breath that is held too long, the things that nourish us can be toxic.
The more breath we let go of, the more room there is in our body for fullness of the next inhalation.
This flow focuses on slowing down the breath in the long holds for each chakra focus.
Props:
A weekly, 60 minute class. Slowing way, way down while still building strength. Following the chakras, the flow will start from crown and make way through poses that focus on each chakra all the way through to root. Expect standing, balance, binds, twists & gentle inversions.
