Fire is about discernment but has the potential to be destructive. Controlled fires are important because in destruction comes new birth & transformation.

Poses in this flow start from root focus & make their way all to the crown with a controlled "burn" and long holds.

A weekly, 60 minute class. Slowing way, way down while still building strength. Following the chakras, the flow will start from crown and make way through poses that focus on each chakra all the way through to root. Expect standing, balance, binds, twists & gentle inversions.
