Moving through a moon salutation at the beginning and touching all the chakras with long holds.
When we practice yoga we work ate creating & opening space within the body. Bones moving apart & softening of connecting tissue helping the body to let go of tension and stiffness.
Props:
A weekly, 60 minute class. Slowing way, way down while still building strength. Following the chakras, the flow will start from crown and make way through poses that focus on each chakra all the way through to root. Expect standing, balance, binds, twists & gentle inversions.
