Water is soft & fluid but has the power when needed. Riptides, tidal waves, flooded rivers can all carry away anything in its way. Try to find strength & fluidity in each pose.
Props:
A weekly, 60 minute class. Slowing way, way down while still building strength. Following the chakras, the flow will start from crown and make way through poses that focus on each chakra all the way through to root. Expect standing, balance, binds, twists & gentle inversions.
