Weekly 60 minute session is designed to help build heat as students move with breath through strong asanas. Students looking for something after completing Beginner Yoga Level 1 or have some experience will enjoy this weekly flow. Expect sun salutations, standing poses, balance, hip openers, shoulder work and deep squat focuses.
