Encouraging the release of stagnant energy by helping to release compression from prolonged sitting.

Weekly 60 minute session is designed to help build heat as students move with breath through strong asanas. Students looking for something after completing Beginner Yoga Level 1 or have some experience will enjoy this weekly flow. Expect sun salutations, standing poses, balance, hip openers, shoulder work and deep squat focuses.
