So, who is Brooke? To be completely honest, I’m still figuring out who I am as I see the answer to this question as ever evolving.
My main philosophy is that a yoga pose should be used to get into the body instead of using the body to get into the yoga pose. I try to plan all my classes with this moto in mind. As a midsize, middle age woman who also has dealt with Lupus for 20 + years I take listening to the body very seriously. I may not be the teacher for everyone but I appreciate all who check out my classes or just drop in. All are welcome and I hope to see you on the yoga journey with me soon.
